LASER BEAMS
ROLERCOASTERS
ICECREAM SUNDAES GOLDEN TROPHIES

This May, fun and games begin at the WAVM studios in honor of its dedicated members. Each year, WAVM hosts a plethora of events, all of which have become one of the many highlights of the WAVM year.

Friday begins with something new this yea. Laser tag, pizza, arcade games, and good times at Lazer Zone in Marlboro. Members don armor and phasers and try their best to blast away eachother and specific targets in a cosmic arena. After a few arcade gamesl and some intense rounds of DDR, students get a good night's sleep to prepare for the next day.

Saturday houses WAVM's infamous Capture the Flag game. It's an all-out battle between the red and blue teams! Members use water guns and whipped cream to annihilate each other while the fast runners make attempts to steal the other teams' flags! After everyone is thoroughly soaked and dirty, the grills are lit for a light-hearted cookout. As soon as the food is all eaten, WAVM hops on the bus for a long trek to Six Flags New England. How many times can you ride Superman: Ride of Steel?

Sunday marks the final day of the weekend and WAVM celebrates with a trip to Kimball Farm in Westford. Members enjoy miniature golf, driving ranges, and of course, ice cream. That evening, after many many rehearsals and months of preparation, the banquet begins. All who attend will enjoy food, fun, and awards. The weekend is a blast!
