Emily Cahoon
This is Emily's second and final telethon, and first time as a host. Emily likes the amount of excitement that everyone has during the 40 hours of the weekend. Everyone participating this weekend really cares about the cause. "This is my last telethon and I want to make it as good as possible. I hope we can raise a record amount of money. Also I hope we can put on an entertaining show for out visitors." Last year Emily had a radio show with Danielle at 3AM. She says she tried so hard to stay awake and it was tons of fun. Outside of school, Emily is involved in soccer, was track captain, and is in both Spanish and Drama clubs. Emily just likes to hang out with friends.

Emily Cahoon is 18 years old and a senior this year at Maynard High
School. She has been in WAVM for three years, and has become an
valuable member. Emily is currently Radio General Manager, and was
previously Radio Programming Manager. Even though she is heavily
immersed in radio, Emily is well versed in all aspects of WAVM.
