What is the WAVM Beacon Santa Telethon? The WAVM Beacon Santa Telethon is a 40-hour long event that includes auctions and entertainment.  This year, it takes place on the 7th, 8th, and 9th of December.  During the telethon there will be radio shows playing holiday-themed music.  TV will be broadcasted on channels 8, 9, and 10. It is sponsored by the Community Newspaper Company and Comcast

Where is my money going? One hundred percent of all donations received go directly to the Community Newspaper Companies Beacon Santa fund and are distributed in the form of vouchers to the deserving families.

What do I do if I win a bid on an item? If you win, WAVM will call you. All you have to do is stop by the WAVM studio after you are called and pick up your prize.
