Welcome to WAVM.org; the eyes and ears of Tigertown. WAVM is a completely student run radio and television station situated in Maynard High School in the suburbs of Boston Massachusetts.
WAVM has evolved from a closet-sized radio station to a multi-faceted multimedia station which now reaches more listeners and viewers than ever. WAVM serves the local community in all sorts of ways from its weekly church radio-broadcasts to its annual Beacon Santa Telethon which raises tens of thousands of dollars for the needy families of Massachusetts each year. WAVM continues to mold the minds of youngsters and expose them to the vast world of the communications industry. With its newly-expanded broadcast region, WAVM goes on to provide its services to the community and soon the state of Massachusetts.

WAVM is officially on air for the 2007-2008 broadcast year! Be sure to check out the updated Radio Schedule and TV-8 Schedule. Also stay tuned for brand new and returning TV shows!
Web Update:
The webcast has been fixed for the 2007-2008 broadcast season! The "Live From WAVM" feed will return soon. The layout has been cleaned up and organized. Additions include: revamped news section, and addition of news to the archives.
This May, fun and games begin at the WAVM studios in honor of its dedicated members. Each year, WAVM hosts a plethora of events, all of which have become one of the many highlights of the WAVM year. After many many rehearsals and months of preparation, the banquet is approaching soon. All who attend will enjoy food, fun, and awards. The weekend is a blast!
